As this is my first report here I'll introduce myself, I'm Psy and this was my first Urban Exploration experience in nearby Billingham House ICI Office Block which I visited along with Monty at around 4pm.
(I know its been done so many times before (sorry, I appologise for any repetition of what others have done before) but as it is being demolished very soon I wanted to document a final look in there before it goes).

External car park from the roof (There is an undeground car park but its completely flooded (see pics below), although there was pumping equipment on site so I may be able to get some shots down there in the near future)
