Another day another mill and this one was pretty mongy. The only saving grace were the lovely green tiles in the old engine room, now full of modern heating equipment.

Those are beautiful tiles, art nouveau C1890-1910 and probably burmatofts like highroyds.

Theres a very good set in the entrance hall of the white cross inn at bradley traffic lights in huddersfield, Still resplendent with the letters BYB (bentleys yorkshire brewery) a defunct brewery at woodlesford near leeds.
