This place is magnificent!
Spent many a sunny afternoon wondering the castle as a child when visiting an aunt and uncle in Chesterfield.
I always remember being scared and not straying too far away due to tales of the white lady ghost who haunted the castle.
She fell from a window waiting for her lover to come galloping over the fields ( so they say!)
