Visited this pretty scummy student tower on a blustery evening with Sammydoublewhammy & Cap'n Lucozade.

The tower houses rooms for students to drink cider in, is 26 stories tall and the red spikey bit reaches up to a 27th storey service platform. It is the third tallest building in Leeds after Bridgewater Place and another exceedingly boring student tower named Plaza 1.
