Cold Hesledon Rotor Station, Durham, 9-11

Anyone who didn't know about these would of just drove past and thought nothing of it but it holds great History and a part of our Cold War defence.

Part of the ROTOR programme and has a R1 Bunker under its buildings.

All thats left is a couple a small reinforced concrete hut things and a little building was a mast coming out of it.
No access what so ever to the Underground Bunker but people have had a go and removing all the Rubble from the Access points.

Its a Nice little place this, I like visiting Cold War stuff
