Default Re: COLD WAR JETS DAY - BRUNTINGTHORPE. 2011

It certainly was a good day, I got footage of almost all the planes seen in the day, and below is my footage

I had to upload it to Dailymotion as youtube was being incredibly slow with uploading, and im not waiting 4 hours to upload a 3 minute video

    First the Buccanners:

    Second the Tankman loved Comet!

    Third the Jet Provosts!

Fourth is the unexpected visit from the seakings!

Next we have my own personal favourite, the almighty victor

Then we have a race between the Hunter and a Lambo

Now we come to the new item of the Nimrod, the first time it has taxied along the runway, it arrived last year but couldn't move as it still contained some secret tech.
(this was the only one I managed to upload to youtube!)

And finnaly we have the legendary XH558 taking off from the runway and then doing a far off flyby, sorry for the crap quality but the wind was strong!

So I hope you enjoyed looking at my footage, a bit long winded but pretty interesting stuff. Feel free to post it around where you want it just credit me please

Nice one mate. I too love the Handley Page Victor, interesting to see that it managed to stay on the ground this year...ahem!
