Here's a failed housing estate of about 20 semi detached homes. I wonder how many poor sods
lost their life savings on this failed project.. There's a ton of sites like this scattered throughout this state.

Wow ace, there are loads of "moth balled" sites starting to appear here in the UK at the moment.....I have my doubts as to when they will ever be completed ;)

I'm think legislation is made up as they go along, sometimes even made to go
completely away if enough money changes hands under the table.

Yup a mummified dog. Developers and home owners ply strays with grub so they
can turn them into free expendable on site security. This may have happened with our
friend below who was left at his post.
