I was gonna stick this in the forum for places that have already been done that are on other urbex sites. But since to the best of my knowledge only I (and the marra I was with) have done it thoroughly, plus another guy who checked it out a little bit (but who wasn't with us).
Feel free to move this if it's not in the right place like.
Also I decided that it fits in nicely with the, 'Anything to do with the fast disappearing industrial heriTage..'
Found this place whilst searching online for sites.
Keys of the past have this to say about it, 'Stublick Colliery is one of the best surviving 19th century collieries in the country. It has a well preserved range of colliery buildings, including an engine house, store and furnace house and chimneys. The colliery worked the small Stublick coalfield and supplied coal to nearby Langley and Blaghill lead smeltmills. The buildings are Grade II* Listed Buildings and the site is a Scheduled Monument protected by law'.
After parking up we walked over to the old houses and other buildings.
This is the correct way up.

Really interesting site. Plenty of stuff left lying around. If it wasn't for the damage to the houses I could have believed people had left just weeks before.
Feel free to move this if it's not in the right place like.
