Did this a few weeks back, forgot to bang a report up!! One place id most wanted to see for a while and it didn't let me down. Had been in Manchester looking for a few things to do with Anclove and after doing 2 other places gave this a try. Couldn't take it for granted there would be no one inside but thankfully there wasn't.
Massive thanks for Anclove for sorting it!
Wonderful place to see, cant think of to many locations I've enjoyed seeing so much,i can recall walking to gigs, pre urbex days at the Star and Garter over 10 years ago and looking at the wonderful facade on this building.
Needless to say it was straight up the tower for some views of Piccadilly station

One of the bays for the fire engines, i guess after the brigade moved out these bays got converted, the rest of them have all been knocked into one big one

The top floor is some great old tenements blocks, many of them are locked but a few are open, in fact one still has the door key in the front door lock!

These are cool, plenty of the fire mans poles all over the place, many of the apartments had there own in a small cupboard like this one, although the pole was removed

One of the dormatorys had a wonderful pole, No i didn't slide down as the bottom floor is all alarmed and used by a hotel to store stuff, not being sure where this went i left it, besides it might have gone into a locked room and i don't think i could climb back up!

Wonderful location, spent about 3 hours inside and don't think I've ever take as many pics in that length of time on any previous explores.
