Went to do it last bank holiday weekend but backed off due to a few things, wind and a close call with security had me real on edge. Think im pushing my luck down here, went back Sunday but banged the fence on the way in to which some security guard comes marching up one of the roads inside the site and inspects the fence just as im backed into some dark shadow, then he stops and stairs right at where im stood.... then walks into a building, i move off, then he walked back out 2 mins later and go right to the spot i was standing... so i hid for a bit then made my way back out.
Tonight i nailed it, there must have been close on 30 cranes across this 42 acre site in time, now its down to just 4 and i suspect this one will go any day now.

Climbed on the crane on the 4th floor, was no walkway so i made one with a plank!!

This shot annoyed me as i banged my lense on a bar only to have my filter fall off along with a cokin ring/adapter and a insert i had in, i looked around for it on top of the building when i climbed back down but no sign, i guess someone will find it tomorow and have no idea what it is!!
The white building, site 12 was a good explore before the windows went on and it was locked down

The cathedral, one of 3 building which nearly always appear in Liverpool high shots, also this shot shows how much of a hill Liverpool is on, something you dont notice walking around town

My fave capture from the trip, looking north, i personly hate that tower but the skyline wuld be lost without it

Now for the best part, my exit.... slipped under the fence only to look up and see a pair of legs.... theres a small security hut next to the gate i often slide under, theres not been anyone in this hut after work hours for 16 months but for once there is!! so i stand up only to realize the guy has fallen asleep on the job..... amazing, like i said i think im pushing my luck on this place. Been in about 20 odd times, there no more cranes i can get to and i've covered all the sites apart from one, happy days
