Wonderful grade 2 listed offices on Dale St in Liverpool visited this nice Saturday afternoon. Has been a popular local UE spot over the last 2 years. Went through a bit of a clean up job about 12 months ago and securing. The access is still the same old access point which has been sealed with 3 iron bars but on one 5 out of the 6 bolts ain't very tight 8-)
Also noticed plenty of PIR inside the place, but no flashing red lights. Theres a few around doors but you can get around the whole building without opening any doors if you go the right way.
Noticed newish pigeon netting all over the outside, would have liked some shots from the other side of the net but decided against removing it knowing i wouldn't get it back in place

besides there are a few open windows along the top floor with access to the flat roofs sections looking across the city

This round section is my fave feature of the place, goes right down all 5 floors to the ground, very photogenic. In the background on both of these are very large safe's....empty thou :P

This place was bought up in the Guardian a while back as one of those historical buildings at risk with the cost of a refurbishment running over a million, as its goes its only going to get worse as this shows, last time i was here 12 months ago i don't recall this section being like this

The only thing left in the building are plenty of old photos, this one which shows a view from the outside of the building at the town hall looks 70's going buy the cars and old style traffic lights

Some news on this place, was back in here last week showing someone around and we came across what turned out to be temp showers in the main hall, on closer inspection tuned out to be from an asbestos removal firm!! bit scary, although there was cups of tea and a toaster next to them and a little set up which was there eating area so im not to worried of there being any in the air there but i guess the building must contain it or there looking for it...... so out of all those who been hands up who took there P3 with em? :twisted:
