One of those happy discoveries you make whilst totally lost out in the boonies.

With a huge chimney standing about 6 - 7 storeys high, it was easy to spot this one from the road.
No idea when this site was built, perhaps in the 50's?

A nice simple explore to round off the year.

Great stuff as per usual, the clock bit looks pretty new. Getting a date for at least the latter stage of the sites active life might be found on that clock.

Nice mate, I just wondered, do you have to be careful of snakes and the like in that kind of place?

The chimney shape and design is a classic...great :thumb

Yes, snakes are the main worry. Cobra's in particular.
Bitting and stinging Insects are also up there in the hazards ranking.
Normally you don't know they are there until you're on the ground in pain ;-)

You ever come across snakes then mate? I bet they would make a real talking point on photos if you manage to escape them :w00t

I thought it was bad enough watching your footing on bad floors, nevermind hopping over exotic monsters! :lol:
